We came up with a digital solution for this potential client for Students to request for an additional fee extra dorm cleanings. 

These Custom Cleaning Request QR codes can be placed on bulletin boards, table tents, etc. in the dormitories. (Scan now for ½ working model.)

ABM admins can manage available time slots in the back office of labor availability for students to select a time slot and pay.Student would get an email and/or SMS alert of confirmation.

Updates can easily be made by exporting the space to Excel, making changes, and then reimporting. Space can also be added while walking the space.

An Education Admin can create BY Facility TYPICAL Square Feet for each Space Type. So if you notice at the bottom, we have a cloning feature to clone for example 4 classrooms the same size in sequential order. But this does not always happen to ID space in order to use the Cloning Feature. But with the Typical Square Feet Feature if is much easier,

Duty Lists are created by adding space that has an allotted time to clean. The goal is to assign enough space for a housekeeper to clean during a shift. In this example this schedule is currently 22 minutes over scheduled M-F. Space can be added row by row or by using this Space Matrix.

First a duty list is selected which is displayed on the right section. Space is organized by building, floor and perhaps department can be selected one by one that then populates on the duty list on the right side in the order that the spaces should be cleaned.

A user can also select an entire department or floor to be instantly added to the Duty List.

When a user clicks on a cell, it auto fills the default number of hours that the site sets. In this example 8 hours are required by default for each shift. The P icon in each cell allows the user to change the number of hours, select PTO, vacation or sick time.
