Users can view by this by selecting 1 or more space types. EX: you can view only Dorms and Resident Rooms cleaned over a certain time period. Weeky auto emails can also go out to clients or ABM leadership. This has been a very successful module for Bliss for clients to receive weekly status updates of Summer Cleaning Progress.

Once the user is finished using the equipment he/she must scan the QR code again to select a building>Floor>Room where the device was returned and tracks when the device was returned. Pictures can be captured, or images can be taken of the equip. or furniture

ABM staff can go to this Equipment Allocation page to see details of where and when the device was returned, how long it was in use and view images from the staff members of the device in the facility. This digital survey helps document and highlights your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to workplace performance feedback. In order to stimulate positive change, client feedback can be tailored to the specific work each service line offers. You can send emails to clients with an embedded link in the body for your clients to complete a survey for Housekeeping (EVS) or BioMed. Questions can be customized, and auto emails can be setup to receive instant feedback from the results as they come in. These surveys can anonymous, but a department can be selected if you like. Completely customizable.

So if you notice at the bottom, we have a cloning feature to clone for example 4 classrooms the same size in sequential order. But this does not always happen to ID space in order to use the Cloning Feature. But with the Typical Square Feet Feature if is much easier,

Duty Lists are created by adding space that has an allotted time to clean. The goal is to assign enough space for a housekeeper to clean during a shift. In this example this schedule is currently 22 minutes over scheduled M-F. Space can be added row by row or by using this Space Matrix.

First a duty list is selected which is displayed on the right section. Space is organized by building, floor and perhaps department can be selected one by one that then populates on the duty list on the right side in the order that the spaces should be cleaned.
