Space is first imported into Bliss. Algorithms exist to determine how long it should take to clean the space based on the Type of room, square footage, number of fixtures and the type of flooring. Each space can easily be added to a large floor cleaning project, deactivated, or exported to Excel to make a lot of changes and then reimported into Bliss. Users can also add space from a mobile device as they are walking the building.

The goal is to assign enough space for a housekeeper to clean during an 8 hour shift. In this ex. if there is 1 discharge during this day, the housekeeper will be `14 minutes (in yellow) over an 8 hour day.

We developed a really fast and easy tool to help build these duty lists. First a duty list is selected which is displayed on the right section. Helps hospitals right size labor by shift and to ensure all Duty Lists tasks are assigned to staff to clean the entire hospital on a consistent basis.

Staff are then schedules to fulfill the hours required to clean on the duty lists by shit. When a user clicks on a cell, it auto fills the default number of hours that the site sets. In this example 8 hours are required by default for each shift. The P icon in each cell allows the user to change the number of hours, select PTO, vacation or sick time.
