Rounding Bliss also comes with an intuitive Work Order system for Education where staff can scan a QR code or use a mobile web portal to create or view open work orders. Staff are alerted when work orders are created and the guests receive updates as the life cycle of the work order is completed. Rounding Bliss also tracks the duration of when the work order was created and how long it took to complete the task to improve turnaround times.
Rounding Bliss has an array of Rounding and Inspection modules where questions can be customized by each building. When a user selects unsatisfactory for any question, the staff member has the opportunity to select a very specific common issue to that question.
